CATC is based in Los Angeles, California providing services in the greater Los Angeles County area only. For all other areas go to SpayUSA.org to find resources.

CATC provides FREE services for Los Angeles area cats that have NO home, ownership or potential ownership. The donations that we receive pay for medical services for animals that wouldn’t have the opportunity to receive spay/neuter and/or vet services elsewhere because of cost and lack of owner care. This can be a homeless, feral or stray cat.

We provide the spay/neuter, vaccines, fluids, antibiotics (surgery related) and an ear tip for free.

Additional treatments such as Microchip insertion, antibiotics injection, laceration repairs, etc., may be requested and have to be approved by an attending veterinarian. These additional services may be subject to extra charge.

Spay It Forward!

The Los Angeles Citywide Cat Program now allocates funding to help spay/neuter community cats. Please support CATC 's humane mission by taking a few moments to register for an account then log into the Cat Program portal to access vouchers for FREE sterilization surgery. Simply bring the voucher on the day of surgery, or ask us to help you register and/or print the voucher. These vouchers help off-set our costs and allow us fix even more kitties. Thanks!
